- Does it replace someone on the team?
- No. It takes away the time that went on copying quotes, formatting PDFs, sorting email and chasing replies. People keep closing deals, making decisions and talking to customers.
- Do we have to change our email or software?
- No. Pix joins you where you already work. Sales stays in their inbox. Admin, in the usual folders.
- Does it send things on its own, without anyone checking?
- You choose. By default, Pix gets the work ready and waits for the OK. If a task is routine — a "received", the usual reminder — you can let it close it.
- How long until it's useful?
- Days, not a quarter. In the first two weeks you compare real times: email, offers, reports. From then on, Pix already knows your company's tone and terms.
- Which teams is it for?
- For companies whose day goes on work you already know how to do but never have time for: sales, admin, customer service, management. If the bottleneck is "we're short of time", not "we're short of a tool".
